We experienced ...We don't vaccinate Presley :)

We experienced doctors pressuring/bullying us to do it and we finally took her out of her pediatricians practice and haven't been back. I have managed to keep her well with oils from the health food stores and if the time comes when she actually needs a doctor we will use a Naturopath.

You're a great mom, Sheila! Lots of people that I know looked down on the natural birth I wanted (esp fellow nursing students/teachers). I love love love cosleeping, and that has made my life about a million times easier as far as getting sleep goes. Being a parent definitely trains you to be a stronger person and stand up for something. When I was younger I was always timid to stand up for myself really. BUT, soon after having Blake, the "mama bear" came out haha. It's a good thing, promise! I'm sure you're so so so ready to have your little man! I can't wait to see him! Even if I haven't chosen the same paths as you on some things, I know how hard it can be to stand up to what people are saying and do what you want. i.e. Vernon and I are very big on having the baby sleep with us in the bed for the first month just like Carson did. We always hear about what a bad idea it is and blah blah blah but we have our reasons. Keep up the good work crunchy mom! I'm so happy you guys are doing things YOUR way. =]Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13693588499175685885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7216498477064964599.post-15621784602916686512013-02-26T00:46:44.620-06:002013-02-26T00:46:44.620-06:00Thanks!
